Maximum beat board.

Aight, so i was finished up my beat board last night and i came up with about 15 panels. its just a beatboard so i didn't want to concentrate too much on the action aspect of my film, i just wanted to make sure the story came across. I pitched this today in class and i was satisfied at the feedback i received, and very happy that it got almost nothing but praise! and now that i have my story somewhat there, i have to really crack down on the actual character design, and possible layouts. ill make sure to post those too!

If anyone happens to read this who is not in my senior studio class, then allow me give you a small run through about whats going on with these images. The story revolves around the t-Rex with a sword (yet to be named) who wants to rescue his woman from a real nasty stegosaurus. The stegosaurus knows this and instantly engages our hero. they go into this intense battle sequence, and after a while our hero eats a nasty attack from the stegosaurus and it seems the battle is over for him. However, out of nowhere, a small asteroid happens to fly right through the stegosaurus head, and he is instantly defeated. But our hero quickly realizes the stegosaurus was the least of him problems, because him, and everyone he has ever known is about to be extinct.

  1. I see you have learned well...I'm glad you spent the summer studying and getting those skills honed with our guidance...This story works really well and it's short, cinematic, and will be really fun to make. I'm really proud of you Fro! You are going to do great things in this industry!
